Obama is aware that Americans are highly resistent to compromising on our fundamental rights and so because he knows even many democrats will not vote for unconstitutional gun bans, he is threatening to sieze our weapons and crush our rights through one of his favorite pasttimes: abusing his power of executive order.
“I’m convinced we can affect the well-being of millions of Americans, and take thousands of people out of harm’s way, if we act responsibly,” Biden said when announcing this new plan to continue further down the path to tyranny. With that one statement he encompasses what’s so very sickening about the “progressive” Left; they truly believe we are subjects who must be controlled. “For your own good,” they say. Or even more precious, “for the children”.
Everyone, including “progressives”, know gun control achieves the opposite of its intent. It emboldens criminals and endangers innocents in literally every place it’s implemented. The Right hates this fact as much as the Left loves it. What we need to realize is, the Left isn’t stupid. They want this. They want gun control to be unsuccessful.
The Left’s ultimate goal is to foster a system of supreme government dependency. They don’t want citizens; they want subjects. We see this in their rabid insistence on vast expansion of social programs. We see this in every bullshit law they champion that governs what we eat, what we drive, what kind of lightbulbs we use, and how we manage our healthcare. And we see it at its most sinister when they’re frothing at the mouth to disarm us while demonizing us for demanding our basic human right to self defense and defense against tyranny of government not be infringed.
With this newest horrifying power grab, I shudder to think what will happen in the coming four years. We’d best brace ourselves. And probably buy more guns.
Each time some British misogynist rear-window man beaks about how guns are banned in his country, ask him why it is that their policemen (who they call “bobbies”, probably because “policemen” isn’t gay enough) now have to carry guns. Yes, it’s a fairly recent decision. Advise you have a face mask handy for protection from sputtering.
British police don’t carry guns, at least not in the sense American police do. The only armed British police are the specialist tactical armed response teams. The standard police officer only carries handcuffs, CS gas and an extendable baton. As for it being a recent decision there have been tactical response teams for years. Modern sensationalist media just likes to talk about them more now.
